Reporting and Credentaling

**Must be actively attending member of a local Church of God and paying tithes.**

CAMS/EXHORTER: See Church of God Book of Minutes for Eligibility

• Obtain and complete a New Minister/ CAMS Application. Obtain all needed signatures. 
• Submit application with 2 letters of recommendation and a $100 background check fee to the state office. 
• Submit Local Church Endorsement Form with the application to the state office. Obtain all needed signatures.
• Complete CAMS Program and pay all fees. 
• Order CAMS Study Guide from the Church of God Division of Education Store
• Complete Exhorter Test (Background and all program fees must be paid before testing)
• MI Camp Meeting Recognition in June 

MIP/Ordained Minister: See Church of God Book of Minutes for Eligibility

• Must have Exhorter Certificate
• Obtain and complete an Ordained Minister/ MIP Application and Local Church Endorsement Form with all signatures
• Complete MIP Program and pay all fees. 
• Order Ordained Minister Study Guide from the Church of God Division of Education Store
• Complete Ordained Minister Test (All program fees must be paid before testing)
• Graduation Ceremony in Cleveland, TN in May
• MI Camp Meeting Recognition in June

Ordained Bishop: See Church of God Book of Minutes for Eligibility

• Obtain and complete an Ordained Bishop Application and Local Church Endorsement Form with all signatures
• Order Ordained Bishop Study Guide from the Church of God Division of Education Store
• Complete Ordained Bishop Test
• Ordination Service at State Camp Meeting

As a licensed minister and Church of God congregation, your commitment to the Church of God is keeping current with minister's and church reporting. Minister and church reports are due no later than the 5th of each month to remain in compliance with the Church of God Minutes regarding minister and church reporting. Reporting links are below.
