{"id":5130,"date":"2022-03-01T10:31:13","date_gmt":"2022-03-01T15:31:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/michigancog.org\/?p=5130"},"modified":"2022-03-01T10:31:13","modified_gmt":"2022-03-01T15:31:13","slug":"bishops-blog-spring-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/michigancog.org\/bishops-blog-spring-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Bishop\u2019s Blog Spring 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The writer of Hebrews gives instructions to believers, \u201cNot forsaking the own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near\u201d (10:25 NAS).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Getting together for corporate worship\/going to church is scriptural, and it is a good habit to have.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The writer tells us as we get nearer the coming of the Lord the more we need to assemble together. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Church of Family in Michigan has a great opportunity to assemble together this month at our Prayer Conference.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Thursday and Friday, March 24 and 25, we will have four services.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Dr. John Childers, Church of God Secretary General will be preaching Thursday night.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Pastor Greg Strickland will be preaching Friday morning.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Sis.
