Our General Overseer, Dr. Tim Hill, has launched the “WePrayCOG” Prayer initiative, and I am excited about this. Dr. Hill is asking each pastor and church to pray with him for three very specific things within the Church of God:
*Pentecostal Revival and Renewal *Prevailing Unity
*Purposed Direction
I am calling on you to become a part of that initiative. Let’s be a part of the 1,500,000 praying intercessors around the world who will seek God. This prayer initiative parallels our call for renewal in 2019-2020 in Michigan. Jeremiah 33:3 says, “Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things which you do not know.” In his book, Power in Prayer, E.M. Bounds writes, “What the Church needs today is not more machinery or better, not new organizations or more and novel methods, but men whom the Holy Ghost can use — men of prayer, mighty in prayer.”
