In I Chronicles 28:11-12; 19 (NIV) “Then David gave Solomon the plans for the portico of the temple… He gave him the plans of all that the Spirit had put in his mind for the courts of the temple of the Lord… All this, David said, I have seen in writing as a result of the Lord’s hand on me, and he enabled me to understand al the details of the plan.” God is a strategic God. Here in I Chronicles 28 God gave David the plans for building the Temple. Though David wouldn’t build the Temple, he would convey God’s strategy to Solomon for building the Temple.

Our State Ministers’ Meeting is coming up Thursday-Friday, October 11-12; and our theme is “Strategic.” God has given His church a strategy to build up and increase the kingdom of God. The mission of the church is what we are to do; the vision of the church is where we are going. The strategy of the church is how we are to accomplish the vision. I am asking both laity and ministry to join us for a Thursday night worship service, October 11 at 7:00. In this service I will be laying out strategies for the next two years for kingdom growth. On Friday morning, October 12, at 9:00 the ministers and spouses will gather together to conduct business.

Please make plans to join us for “strategic.” The Lord is coming soon, and we must have a biblical strategy for kingdom increase. I will be looking for you!
