The writer of Hebrews gives instructions to believers, “Not forsaking the own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near” (10:25 NAS).  Getting together for corporate worship/going to church is scriptural, and it is a good habit to have.  The writer tells us as we get nearer the coming of the Lord the more we need to assemble together.

The Church of Family in Michigan has a great opportunity to assemble together this month at our Prayer Conference.  Thursday and Friday, March 24 and 25, we will have four services.  Dr. John Childers, Church of God Secretary General will be preaching Thursday night.  Pastor Greg Strickland will be preaching Friday morning.  Sis. Paula Hill will be speaking to our women’s ministries Friday morning, and Dr. Tim Hill will be preaching Friday night.  You will not want to miss this.  All of these speakers are powerful, anointed men and women of God, and they will bless you.  The worship promises to be powerful; the preaching will be dynamic, and most of all the Holy Spirit will meet with us.  I am believing God for a great outpouring and a time of refreshing.

All of our services will be held on the Campground in Fenton.  The night services will begin at 6:45, and the day service will begin at 10:30.  Then Saturday we will have an Equip Conference for both pastoral and lay leadership from 9:00-12:00.  Please clear your calendars and mark these dates.  I am excited to see you and your family at this meeting.  God bless you.
